The iNET Alliance (“iNET,” “we,” “our,” “us”) is a relationship-centered, global community serving entrepreneurs and leaders through three connected brands:

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, secure, and retain personal information across our websites, applications, forms, and services (collectively, the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to this Policy.

What We Collect

We collect information you provide directly, information collected automatically when you use our Services, and information we receive from third parties.

1) Information You Provide

  • Identification and contact details (name, email, phone, mailing address, country).

  • Membership and account details (company, role, professional bio, chapter affiliation, profile photo).

  • Communications and submissions (messages, inquiries, applications to speak/publish/partner, survey responses, event registrations).

  • Transaction data (purchases, ticketing, sponsorships, membership dues). Payment card data is processed by our payment processors and not stored by us.

  • Content you choose to share (articles, media, testimonials, event photos—subject to your permissions and applicable releases).

2) Information Collected Automatically

  • Device and usage data (IP address, browser type, operating system, pages viewed, referring/exit pages, timestamps, error/crash logs).

  • Cookies and similar technologies (to enable essential features, remember preferences, analyze usage, and—if enabled—support marketing measurement).

3) Information From Third Parties

  • Platforms you connect or interact with (social media profiles, single sign-on, calendar tools, file-sharing tools).

  • Co-hosts, venues, ticketing/CRM providers, and marketing partners that support our events and programs.

  • Public sources and service providers that help us maintain accurate records or deliver the Services.

How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as described below:

  • Service Providers/Processors. Trusted vendors who support hosting, CRM, ticketing, payments, communications, email delivery, analytics, marketing operations, and customer support. They are contractually required to safeguard your data and use it only to provide services to us.

  • Event & Program Partners. Co-hosts, venues, and production teams when necessary to run an event or program you registered for or participate in.

  • Publishing & Media Activities. If you apply to be featured (radio, books, magazines) and selected, we will use the information and assets you submit by the applicable agreement or release.

  • Legal & Safety. To comply with law, subpoenas, or court orders; to enforce our terms; or to protect rights, property, safety, and the integrity of the community.

  • Business Transitions. In connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or asset transfer. We will take reasonable steps to ensure the successor honors this, Policy.

We may share aggregated or de-identified information that does not identify you.

Cookies & Similar Technologies

We use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to operate our sites, remember preferences, analyze usage, and in some cases measure marketing effectiveness.

  • Objection and restriction. Object to or request restriction of certain processing (where applicable).

California and Certain U.S. State Rights

Residents of California (and states with similar laws) may have additional rights, including the right to know/access, correct, delete, and opt-out of certain sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not “sell” personal information as defined by the CCPA/CPRA. To submit a request, contact [email protected]. You may designate an authorized agent to act on your behalf (we will require proof of authorization and verification).

We do not knowingly process sensitive personal information for the purpose of inferring characteristics or for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Children’s Privacy

Our Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn we’ve collected such information, we will delete it.

International Transfers

We are based in the United States and may process information in the U.S. and other countries that may have different data protection laws than your country. When transferring personal information from the EEA/UK or other regions with transfer restrictions, we use appropriate safeguards, such as Standard Contractual Clauses or other lawful mechanisms.

Third-Party Links

Our Services may link to third-party websites or platforms we do not control. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies. We encourage you to review those policies before providing personal information.

Community Content, Photos, and Recordings

At in-person or virtual events, we may capture photos, video, or audio for community storytelling and promotion. We will honor posted notices, event terms, and any applicable releases. If you appear in a photo or recording and wish to request removal from our channels, contact [email protected] and include the specific URL or context.

Do-Not-Track

Some browsers send “Do-Not-Track” signals. Because there is no industry standard for DNT, we do not respond to these signals. We continue to review developments and may update this practice if standards emerge.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date and, when appropriate, provide additional notice (such as a banner, pop-up, or email). Your continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
